Happy Anniversary to Us!

Today is our 8th anniversary of being married and 9th anniversary of being together (we got married on our one year anniversary of knowing each other). We have had quite a wild ride with many ups and downs but it has been settling down and becoming more and more comfortable (in a good way!).

As you know, he gave me a roll top desk. Then he totally surprised me a few minutes ago with a bouquet of flowers!! I was not expecting ANYTHING else!! What a great guy! Here are some pics:




Susan, you asked about the figurines. Some are angels, some are Willow Tree (which I collect), some are my grandmother's Hummels and others of her figurines and one of them was given to us when Jacob died. So they are a collection of all sorts!
